Tire Warehouse Tires and Service

Brandon + Team at Tire Warehouse were excellent in getting my tires swapped out. They let me know that even though my rear tires had tread - they had an uneven wear pattern that was the cause of one of my issues - not the bearings. They were able to work me into the schedule quickly and worked within my availability to get me back on the road. They also informed me of a perk - free rotations! I'll 100% be returning and recommending Tire Warehouse.

I have been getting my yearly car registration at Essex Tire Warehouse for a number of years, along with tire replacement and some repairs. They are the very best. Always fair! Always a great job. I highly recommend them!!

My son was traveling to Essex Vermont from NC to visit family. On his way here in rain storms he noticed the family vehicle would hydro plain. We recommend he go to tire warehouse since it was a local business and he could make an appointment online. He did this. The manager Garret called him the next morning and lectured him about making an appointment that wasn't available. My guess, is this location is not utilizing the website in the way it was designed. The response should have been to accept the appointment and make it work or politely explain something went wrong but, we can get you in at this time. Instead he was told he did something wrong. Knowing he didn't do anything wrong he decided the location was not for him and he would buy four new tires at some other location. He has two brothers and a sister who live in the area and I live a stones throw from the location. Due to his experience none of us will ever use this location. Two of us work for the local governments and are active in several community volunteer opportunities. None of us will ever recommend this location for service to anyone we meet or associate with. On the flip side, had he been treated respectf

Garett did a meticulous job with my un mounting and remounting tires on my brand new aftermarket wheels that came with the wrong size tires from manufacturer originally!! They may not have touchless machines but he went above and beyond by taping and making sure there was not one scratch when he was done. Thank you again so much! PS MONROE.... GET YOUR GUYS SOME NEW MACHINES!!!

Garret and his his crew were phenomenal. Fast efficient accommodating and polite. I asked about the now hiring sign in the window. The powers that be at Tire Warehouse corporate office need to up their starting pay. $15 an hour it's not gonna bring in any applicants. Changing tires is hard work, it's dirty and the employees actually need to have a clue as to what they're doing. There are two fast food restaurants within seventy five feet of the door to this business. They're starting pay is $18 and you get free french fries and a burger. The corporate offices need to understand with such low pay all you're going to have is constant turnover. You're going to lose good managers because of burnout. I spent over eight hundred dollars for four tires. You can definitely do better.
